How do I checkout

Once everything you wish to order is in your Shopping Cart, follow these steps:
  • Select the bright blue Proceed to Checkout button at either the bottom or top of the right navigation to begin the checkout process.
  • Complete the Billing and Shipping information, if you want to send your order to a different destination this is the time to do it (shipping addresses can be modified only by requesting the modification by email within 24 hours after placing the order).
  • Select the Payment method of your preference and complete the information required.
  • Review your order summary.
  • Mark the check box at the bottom and accept the terms and conditions to proceed with your order (if you do not check this box, you will not be able to place the order.
  • If everything is correct, click on the blue “Place Order” button.

How can I redeem coupon codes?

To redeem a coupon code for a special offer or discount, it must be entered at the shopping cart page or at the time of checkout.

A special box will be displayed to redeem the code.

How will I know that my order was placed?

Once your order goes through, you will see your Order Confirmation on screen. Also, a copy of your receipt will be sent to the email registered in your account.

How can I get a receipt of my order if I don’t find it in my inbox?

Make sure to check in your Spam inbox and mark our email address as secure in your contacts list. You can also request your order details by email.

Why did I receive a credit card error message during my checkout?

The reason for the credit or debit card error is a credit authorization failure by your financial institution. This may be due to one of the following reasons: 
  • Your bank is denying the online purchase.
  • Your bank denies international online purchases and requires your prior authorization.
  • Your credit card is not suited for international online purchases.
  • Insufficient funds.
  • Credit card expiration.
  • The billing address you provided does not match the company (i.e. Visa or Master Card) files.
