Q: What is that MTCN that you are requesting me to collect my Western Union?

A: The MTCN (Money transfer control number) is the line of numbers you receive at Western Union when you send funds. It is very important that you notify us by calling us or emailing us with this MTCN information (10 digits reference number) since this will be our only valid Reference to collect the funds.

Q: What is that Authorization/Reference number that you are requesting me to collect my Money Transfer by Money Gram?

A: The Reference/Authorization number is the line of numbers you receive at Money Gram when you send funds. It is very important that you notify us by calling us or emailing us with this information (8 digits reference number) since this will be our only valid Reference to collect the funds.
Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship to all United States, Europe and Mexico. You will be notified by email if a product in your order cannot be shipped to your selected location due to shipping restrictions.

Q: What is the shipping cost on Acare Supplies?

A: Express International Shipping — $35.

Q: What is your shipping method?

A: We provide DHL Express shipping, which means your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your tracking number notice.

We only ship monday to friday. 

Q: What carrier company you use to deliver orders?
A: DHL carrier handles all of our orders. We select the carrier offering the best service for each destination. Product shipping times may vary based on fulfillment center.

Use the tracking number sent in the email you receive when your order ships.

Q: Is necessary to sign for the package to be delivered?
A: Yes. Remember all Express shipping orders require a signature to be delivered by our carrier DHL.
Q: How do I track the status oy my order?
A: By accessing to your account. Log in entering your username and password. Select “orders”. Click the order number you want to know the status for and the system will show you its last status.

Q: What are the general expected dates for deliveries within the U.S.?

A: Estimated delivery time may take from 3 to 5 business days to delivered.

Your expected delivery date is an estimate based on processing time, your shipping destination, and the time you are placing your order. It is not guaranteed, and the actual delivery date may be different.

Q: When are orders processed?
A: Orders start processing when you place your order and end when the product leaves the fulfillment center.
Q: What is the difference between processing time and delivery time?

A: Processing time is the time from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the fulfillment center.

Delivery time is from when the product leaves the fulfillment center to when it arrives at its destination. Usually, you will get a tracking number three days after your payment is approved.

Q: Are returns available at Acare Supplies?

A: Yes. Returns are ONLY available upon authorization.

Q: If my Return request is authorized, what is the procedure?
A: If your Return Request is authorized: You may mail the product(s) in the original packaging and original receipt to our return center. The product may be returned either to our store or by mail within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt included with the shipment. If you wish to return an item, contact customer care at 1 844 379 5616 for return shipping instructions.
