PayPal is a secure way to send and receive money online without entering your credit or debit card details.
If you already have a PayPal Account you don’t need to re-type your credit or debit card information with every online payment. With PayPal, you enter your details once and speed through checkout!
At checkout, once your order is complete, select PayPal and enter your PayPal username and password to see additional options for you PayPal payment.

If I have paid for an Acare Supplies purchase online with PayPal and need to return the product, can I get a refund?

Western Union is a very safe and fast option when you need to send money domestically within the U.S. or internationally. Any time, day or night, you only need to name the receiver and the place.
Western Union will send the funds virtually anywhere you need to transfer money.

It is important not to mention this is for an online purchase, otherwise they will deny the service.
How can I complete my Western Union payment to Acare Supplies?
- When you place an Acare Supplies order, at checkout, select the payment method: Money Transfer by Western Union.
- You will see on screen the confirmation of your recent order, including order number and product details.
- Make sure to find an email with your Invoice and order number (if you don’t find this email, check your Spam inbox and mark our email address as secure in order to receive all notices and updates from Acare Supplies in regards your order).
- You will receive a second email, with all the necessary Receiver’s name details to be provided at Western Union (if you have placed previous orders with this payment method, please do not send money before we confirm to you the current Receiver’s details by email, since this information changes constantly due to internal operations).
- The initial status of your order will be: PENDING PAYMENT and it will remain the same until your Money Transfer payment is completed and collected.
- IMPORTANT: At Western Union, You will obtain a line of numbers known as: MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number), you will need to notify us by calling us or emailing us with this MTCN (10 digits reference number) since this will be our only valid Reference to collect the funds.
- Once funds are collected, you will be notified by email and your order will change to PROCESSING status.
- Your order will take us 24-48 hours to be fulfilled and shipped.
- After this time you will receive your Tracking Number and your order status will change to Completed.

What is Money Gram?
Money gram has so many options to send money through debit cards, credit cards, bank accounts and mobile wallets, at thousands of locations and online.
You can pay by cash, credit or debit card, or direct from your bank account.
We will indicate by email the Receiver’s name details once your order is placed, then you will need to send us the Reference/Authorization number (8 digits) that Money Gram will assign to the transaction, we collect the funds, as easy as that!

Order cancellation
Cancellation requests are allowed only in the next 24 hours after placing the order, this because all orders are Processed immediately after payment is approved.
Therefore, if your order has been processed and it is at the fulfillment department awaiting to be collected by our carrier supplier, this order cannot be cancelled.
A Cancellation Fee of $10 USD will apply on all cancellation requests, if approved.
